22. Obtain from your lender or prepare an estimate of closing costs for you when a contract is prepared.
23. Synchronize Buyer/Seller requirements per the contract.
24. Provide a list of inspectors licensed by The Texas Real Estate Commission to assist you in your search for a home
inspector.
25. Arrange for the inspectors of your choice to examine the property.
26. Meet with the inspector during the inspection to review the report if appropriate.
27. Assist you in the resolution of any needed repairs.
28. Monitor the loan process.
29. Notify the Seller's agent when loan approval has been obtained.
